Quality and standardization

Focusing on the service user, or rather, the satisfaction of the service user with our services, while simultaneously taking care of meeting the needs of the wider community through environmental protection and social responsibility, as well as responsibility for the health and safety of workers, is the fundamental premise of our organization’s business.

By implementing a quality management system and an environmental management system, we want to emphasize our permanent orientation to meeting the needs of our employees, the demands of service users and the entire social community, but also to achieve all the prerequisites for continuous improvement of all processes in the organization, while taking into account the sustainability of the system, quality and maximum environmental protection.

The quality and environmental management systems implemented in our organization are based on the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, with the aim of fully meeting the requirements for the quality of services and processes, while simultaneously taking care of environmental protection and the preservation of natural resources. In this regard, awareness is being built that the quality of the services offered can only be achieved and continuously improved within the framework of an effectively developed and implemented quality and environmental protection system supported by professional, motivated and satisfied employees.

The processes and activities within the quality management system and the environmental management system are documented in the Rules of Procedure and Management System Policy, working procedures and other system documents that have become an integral part of the organization’s functioning.
