The service user, or the owner of a residential building, is obliged to use the public service for collecting mixed municipal waste in a manner consistent with the Waste Management Act (OG 84/2021) and regulations adopted pursuant to the Waste Management Act, as well as general acts adopted by the local government unit pursuant to the aforementioned Act.

The service user may cancel the use of public services for the collection of mixed and biodegradable municipal waste, due to moving or ceasing to use the property in question, exclusively in writing with the submission of relevant documentation (proof of change of residence and submission of evidence of deregistration of electricity/water connection or submission of an annual bill with visible zero consumption of the same) or confirmation from the municipality that the property is not being used.

The debt remains until the delivery of the relevant documentation.
